Are you ready to race through a whirlwind of colors and test your ninja reflexes? How To Play Nimble: Rules Summary

Setup

1. Shuffle all the cards together.
2. Deal an equal number of cards to each player. Each player gets their own face-down stack.
3. Place one card face-up in the middle to start the central pile. This is your launchpad for chaos.
4. Get your quick reflexes and best trash talk ready.

Gameplay

1. At the same time, all players flip their top card and try to play it on the central pile as fast as possible.
2. You can only play your card if the colored border of your card matches the center color of the top card on the central stack.
3. Once you play a card, draw the next card from your stack and repeat. Don’t blink, or you’ll miss a chance!
4. If you can’t play, keep flipping quickly until you can slap down a match.

Winning

1. The first player to get rid of all their cards shouts, “Nimble!” and wins the round.
2. If you win, you get bragging rights AND the chance to make the losers shuffle for the next game. That’s a rule in my house, at least.

Special Rules & Conditions

1. If two players throw down at the same time, the faster hand stays—no slo-mo replays, sorry!
2. Wrong plays go to your discard; you’ll have to pick them up at the end. Ouch.
3. No elbow shoving. Keep those hands to your own card pile, or else my Aunt Sheila will come after you with her glare of doom.
