  4. Place the remaining cards face down in the middle. This pile becomes the draw pile.

Gameplay

  1. Decide who goes first. Then, players take turns clockwise.
  2. On your turn, draw one card from the pile. You can also pick up the top discarded card instead.
  3. After drawing, choose any card from your hand to place face up in the discard pile.
  4. Your goal is to make pairs, two kinds of four-of-a-kinds, or two pairs in your hand.
  5. You can also use wild cards to complete your sets.

Winning

  1. The first player to create the required sets yells ‘Split!’ and lays their cards out for everyone to see.
  2. All players then reveal their hands.
  3. The player who declared ‘Split!’ scores points based on the sets they made.
  4. Players also score points for any sets they have in their hands.
  5. The game can be played in rounds. The player with the highest score after a predetermined number of rounds wins.
