2. Grab a black camp die and match it with your white player die (by symbol: tent, bear, or shotgun).
3. Pair the dice by placing them together in front of you. Make as many pairs as you can, but you must use one white and one black per pair.
4. You can only touch one die at a time – no double-fisting, you sneaky bear!
5. Once everyone agrees no more pairs can be made, move on to scoring.

Winning

1. Score the pairs you made according to the handy scoring chart (on your player card).
2. Add up your points for the round. Tents with sleeping campers are risky if any bears remain unpaired!
3. Keep a running total, and after a set number of rounds (usually determined by the number of players), the player with the highest total wins.
4. Remember: Fast hands and smart choices lead to victory!

Special Rules & Conditions

1. If there are unpaired black bear dice left in the middle, any player with unpaired tent dice loses all their points for that round. Ouch.
2. If all black bear dice are paired with white bear dice, unpaired tents are safe and may be scored.
3. No take-backs! Once you pair dice, your move stands. Trust me, we learned the hard way during a heated game night.
4. Ties go to the player who ate the most marshmallows this week. Okay, that’s not official, but it’s how my group settles it.
